Who We Are

Karuneti Consulting is led by Shruti Pushkarna — a communications, brand positioning, and inclusion specialist with 20 years of experience across journalism, corporate consulting, advocacy, and nonprofit leadership.

A former broadcast journalist, Shruti has spent her career shaping narratives that influence how people think and act. Today, she helps organisations design inclusive systems, strengthen leadership communication, and embed equity, accessibility, and belonging into their core identity.

Her cross-sector experience — spanning news, digital, corporate, events, government, and policy — enables her to bring a 360° approach to inclusion. Educated at Lady Shri Ram College, with certifications from Harvard University and Columbia University, she unites storytelling, strategy, and systemic change to create real, measurable impact.
